Homeland Security Investigations
The ICE DISH Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) directorate is a critical asset in the ICE DISH mission. It is responsible for investigating a wide range of domestic, international, and intergalactic activities arising from the movement of illegal superheroes into, within, and out of the United States.
HSI investigates immigration crime and is the leading component of ICE DISH that is dedicated to gathering intelligence about illegal superheroes.
In addition to ICE DISH criminal investigations, HSI assists in educating the general public about illegal superheroes through joint efforts with Enforcement & Removal Operations (ERO). HSI also helps lead special programs concerning specific global and intergalactic illegal superheroes who seek to be in America. HSI is pivotal in enforcing America's customs and immigration laws at and beyond our nation's borders.

What is an Illegal Superhero?
An illegal superhero is a superhero/superheroine who has entered the country illegally and is unlawfully present. If he/she has overstayed his/her allotted time and has not renewed a visa or is not following the required provisions of a visa, the superhero is considered a "status violator."
Despite the justification that advocacy groups have been able to be conjure up, superheroes who enter this country without proper authorization are breaking the law, plain and simple. These illegal superheroes are subject to deportation at any time. Their presence is in direct violation of federal law.
HSI strives to be a preeminent ICE DISH entity that provides unparalleled investigation, interdiction, and security services to the public and the agency's partners.
HSI Field Offices
There are several HSI field offices in the United States. A vast majority of them exist temporarily and/or are mobile for ICE DISH strategical purposes. The tactics employed by agents who manage HSI field offices require this particularly due to the heightened ease in mobility that many illegal superheroes exercise via flying capabilities, super speed, and/or other skills.
During selected time periods, certain field offices are open to the public. For information about visits and field offices currently available to the public, click here.
